1. Who we are

Voron Media ("we", "us") is operated by Artem Yefimenko, a registered sole proprietor (Ukraine). Contact: partner@voron-media.com.

2. Services

We create digital product content for e-commerce sellers: AI-assisted product images, short product videos, and management of Pinterest and Instagram accounts. The scope of each order (number of images, formats, accounts, posting volume) is described on our pricing page and confirmed by email before payment.

3. Free samples

Free samples are provided without obligation. You may use them in your shop whether or not you place an order.

4. Your materials

You confirm that you own or have the right to use the product photos, names, logos and descriptions you send us. We use them only to create content for you.

5. Accuracy of product images

We aim to keep the shape, materials, colors and details of your product exactly as in your reference photos. You are responsible for checking delivered images before publishing them and for making sure your listings describe your products accurately.

6. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times start after payment and receipt of the information we need. Each one-time pack includes one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery. Further revisions may be billed separately.

7. Payment

Prices are in USD. Invoices are issued through Payoneer and can be paid by card or bank transfer. One-time services are paid in advance. Monthly services are billed at the start of each period and can be cancelled before the next period begins; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

8. Social media management

For Pinterest and Instagram management we publish content on accounts created for you or provided by you. You receive public links to the accounts and weekly screenshot reports. On request, and once the account is active, we hand over full access so you can continue on your own. Pinterest and Instagram are third-party platforms; we follow their rules but do not control their algorithms, reach or moderation decisions.

9. No guarantee of sales

We guarantee that the agreed work is delivered in full and on time. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, followers, clicks or sales, because these also depend on your products, prices, reviews, competition, platform algorithms and how your shop is run.

10. Usage rights

After full payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered images and videos for marketing and selling your products. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

11. Service availability

We serve customers worldwide, except where prohibited by applicable sanctions laws. We may decline any order at our discretion.

12. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
