Refund Policy

One-time photo and video packs

• Not started yet: full refund on request.
• If the first 3 delivered images don't fit your brand, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the order in full.
• After that, we fix issues through the included revision round instead of refunding.

Monthly social media management

• Cancel any time before the next billing date; you won't be charged again.
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of your first month and we haven't started publishing, we refund that month in full.
• Partially used months are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email partner@voron-media.com with your order email and date. We reply within 2 business days and refunds go back to the original payment method.
