Questions sellers ask us.
Will buyers notice the photos are AI-made?
The product itself comes from your own photo — we don't invent stones, materials or details that aren't there. We only change the setting, light and composition. If any image misrepresents your product, we redo it.
What do you need from me?
Your shop or product links and, ideally, one clear photo of each product. Phone photos are fine.
Can I use the images on Etsy, Amazon and ads?
Yes. You receive full commercial usage rights for your product images.
How do I pay?
After you approve the samples and pick a pack, we send you a secure Payoneer payment link (Payoneer is a regulated global payments company). You can pay by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer (ACH in the US, local bank transfer in the UK and EU). Monthly plans get a new link at the start of each month.
What if I don't like the result?
Every pack includes one revision round. If the first 3 delivered images don't fit your brand, we refund the order.
Who owns the Pinterest accounts you run for me?
You do. You get the link from day one, weekly screenshot reports, and full access whenever you want to take the account over.
