What we collect

• Information you send us: name, email, shop link, messages and product photos.
• Publicly available business contact details of online shops (for example an email published on a shop's website), which we may use to contact the business once about our services.
• Basic technical data from our web server (IP address, time of request) for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

• To prepare free samples, quotes and the services you order.
• To reply to your messages and send invoices and deliveries.
• To contact businesses about our services. Every such message explains how to opt out, and we stop immediately when asked.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers we need to deliver the service: our email and web hosting provider, cloud storage used for deliveries (Google Drive), and the payment provider that processes your invoice.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and support. Opt-out requests are kept permanently so we never contact you again.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time: partner@voron-media.com.
